Development of modern technology has afforded some benefits for human beings. People’s culture change significantly as a consequence of using technology discovery. They strive to discover many technology devices to assist them in activities and overcome their problems. At least, there are three modern technology devices that it makes people become unimpeded to get anything based on their necessity. Those are, computer, televison and celular phone.
The first important technology device is a computer. It is an excellent means of communication. A computer has function as a type writer and storage place to store documents and files. Therefore, people can create worksheets and entertain themselves with musics, films or games that has been installed in it. Furthermore, people can utilise computer to access internet and acquire global information. They can also use internet to purchase something without visit the real place that it may waste their time and energy so, it makes their life easier. However, besides its advantages, computer has also disadvantage, such as pornography for children. They can access easily the pornographic websites. As a result, this phenomenon will stimulate bad impact for their psychology.
The second important device is a television. It is the most prevalent media that it contributes the change of human life. People can watch some advertisements and acquire some informations from different part of globe. On the other hand, television exposes negative impact for children too. It triggers aggresive behaviour at children. For example, a student of elementary school kicked his friend until bleeding after watching television programs about kickboxing or wrestling. They try to immitate anything directly. Moreover, television often reflects unsuitable programs for children, such as crimes and sexes.
The last important technology device is a celular phone. It is the most popular communication tool. A celular phone is commonly used by people to communicate each other in a long distance. Consequently, people can connect with their friends instantly from different part of globe. Moreover, a celular phone is not used only for voice communication but also for sending short messages.
In a nutshell, the technology discoveries have certainly revealed opportunity to attain advanced life. People obtain accessible informations from modern devices. Communication could be conducted instantly from different part of globe by anyone but, however, these discoveries have negative impacts for children. Therefore, parents, should keep an eye on their children to avoid bad effects of the sophisticated means of modern technology.
